Add your audience

If you still don't see the the audiences what you need, you can add the required audiences by going to the Social Audience menu and using the Import Audience via URL function.

You add Facebook URL links that need process data, links include:

• Link Facebook Fanpage

• Link Facebook Group

• Link Facebook Profile

• Link Facebook Post

The system will process the data and notify you via email when it is complete, the time depends on the size of the audience members you need to process, ranging from 1h - 3h

You go to the Request Audience menu to update the status of the data process
