Enrichment Data

Enrichment data from your CRM or 1st data

The function allows you to enrich the data source from the big data system on social. You will import the data source to be enriched with the global Key: Phone, the system will return the data fields with the data you submitted.

You choose the menu Enrichment Data

Upload the list of data you need to enrich according to the attached template file structure, according to CSV file type

The system will run to match and return the number of matching and create a list of customers (Audience), you can check in the Request Audience menu

You see the details of the new Audience that has just been created from your data enrichment

You proceed to choose to use audience and create segments to carry out marketing campaigns corresponding to segments
